在這裡，我們要訴說一個故事，
一個屬於我們自己生命的故事。
這個故事，從自己的畫像開始...。
首先，請先準備一張8開大小的紙，一支2B鉛筆。
我們放著WestLife所演唱的The Rose：

閉上眼睛，畫下自己。
在樂音聲中，閉上我們的眼睛，想像著我們自己的面容，
清晰地讓我們的容貌在腦海中浮現...
我們依然閉著眼睛，我們的筆再畫紙上游移著，
我們沉靜在自覺中畫著自己的容顏。
點上一盞燭火，伸出你的手，給自己一個改變的理由。
我們每一個人在自己面前點起一盞燭火，用我們的手掌
由上而下，輕輕地、慢慢地接近火苗
當手掌感覺到灼痛的時刻
我們驟然地收回我們的手，
因為，痛了！
改變是會痛的，但＂改變不需要理由＂(王老師說)
好有自覺的一句話，真美！
